Singapore Eye Research Institute (SERI)
plays a national role in performing visual research in Singapore. We conduct clinical, applied and basic research in ophthalmology and the visual sciences in collaboration with academic, governmental, commercial, pharmaceutical and private institutes at a global level. Our focus areas of research include myopia, ocular stem cell research, ocular surface disease, diabetic eye disease and glaucoma.

We are inviting suitably qualified candidates for the position of:

CLINICAL RESEARCH FELLOWS

We have several positions for Clinical Research Fellows and are seeking qualified individuals to participate in the following research programs:

1. Angle Closure Glaucoma
2. Epidemiology of Eye Diseases.
3. Wound Healing
4. Ocular Drug Delivery
5. Ocular Imaging

The individual should have completed ophthalmology training and have research experience, with a track record of publications in international peer reviewed journals. The educational level should be a MD or MD/PhD, with at least 3 years of clinical experience.

A commitment for 2-3 years is expected with salary commensurate with experience. POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH FELLOWS / RESEARCH SCIENTISTS

We have several positions for Postdoctoral Research Fellows/Research Scientists and are seeking qualified individuals to participate in the following research programs:

1. Ocular Inflammation
2. Wound Healing
3. Ocular Imaging
4. Ocular Genetics
5. Epidemiology of Eye Diseases

The individual should have completed sound background in relevant research areas, and should have a track record of publications in international peer reviewed journals. The educational level should be a PhD or MD/PhD, with at least 2 years of post-doctoral experience.

A commitment for 2-3 years is expected with salary commensurate with experience.
